Founded as a family-owned company, Jet Services, Inc. started brokering Rotables and opened MRO to service Starters, Generators and Aircraft Accessories.

Began Structural Component MRO

Jet Services, Inc. began its Structural Component MRO services with skilled aero-structure professionals and technicians.

Awarded Bombardier & Honeywell Production Aircraft business

By receiving this certification from Bombardier and Honeywell, the company has shown its capability to seamlessly provide quality service to the aircraft industry.

Global Parts Aero Acquisition

Global Parts Aero acquires Jet Services, Inc. Adding structural MRO capabilities to its existing capabilities for Wheels, Brakes and Oxygen Bottles.

AeroKool Aviation Acquisition

AeroKool Aviation acquires and rebrands the company to AK Structures. The acquisition was made pursuant to the company’s plans for expansion into new markets with an eye on providing specialized aircraft structures services.
